Eb and Flo is a real life story about friendship. Ebony receives another letter addressed to her dad, who she hasn’t seen since she was a child. After Ebony’s mum reveals her dad now lives in Ramsgate, she decides to find him. She goes to meet her best friend Florence, who is caught up in a blaring row with her abusive partner. The two girls leg it to the park - where Ebony explains she is going away to find her dad. Florence begs to come, but Ebony insists it’s something she needs to do alone - that is until she notices the large bruise on Florence’s Leg. She can’t leave her here.
